Quick Boil Broccoli

Ingredients

1 lb broccoli florets
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Boil 6 cups of water in a saucepan
2. Add broccoli, boil for 2 to 3 minutes, adding a pinch of salt
3. Drain broccoli and rinse in cold water
4. Mix vinegar, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and pepper for dipping sauce
