Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients

3 to 4 lb pork chops
1 cup cooking wine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced)
1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

1. Mix the wine, sugar, black pepper, garlic, and 1/2 cup oil
2. Wash pork chop and dry with paper towel
3. Add mixture to the pork chop, marinade for 2-10 hours
4. Preheat oven to 4500F, bake for 18 minutes
5. Alternatively, this can be fried in a frying pan. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add pork chops. Use medium to high heat and cook for 3 minutes. Turn to the other side, cook another 3 minutes
