Stir-Fry Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients

1 lb Chinese broccoli
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Directions

1. French cut (angle cut) the stems to about 1 inch segments. Regular straight cut is fine also
2. Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan on high heat
3. Add garlic and heat until the color changes to light brown
4. Add the Chinese broccoli and 1/2 teaspoon salt and fry for about 5 minutes, longer if you desire a softer texture
5. Add oyster sauce and fry for one more minute
