Ingredients

2 medium size red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

1. Shred the potato
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil
3. Add garlic and heat until the color changes to light brown
4. Add the shredded potato
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat; add a small amount of water to keep the potato moist
6. Add vinegar and cook for 1 more minute
