Ma Po Tofu

Ingredients

2 packs tofu
1/4 to 1/3 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons fermented bean sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper corn
1/2-1 teaspoon ground hot pepper, depending on taste

Directions

1. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes, put into a pot with boiling water and boil for 1 minute
2. Drain the tofu
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate saucepan
4. Add ground beef and fry about 2 minutes or until color has changed
5. Add fermented bean sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper corn, tofu, ground chill powder, and salt to taste. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes
