Stir-Fry Celery with Spicy Dry Tofu

Ingredients
4 stalks celery
4 oz spicy small dry tofu, see photo
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or minced)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Directions
1. Cut celery stalks to half inch segments
2. Shred the spicy dry tofu
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan
4. Add garlic and heat until the color changes to light brown
5. Add shredded dry tofu and celery, stir and cook for about 7 minutes
