Celery Carrot Salad

Ingredients
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan
2. Cut carrot and celery
3. Add celery and carrot, boil for 2 to 3 minutes, adding a pinch of salt
4. Drain the vegetables, and rinse in cold water
5. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil, and pepper and additional salt to taste
Option: Add roasted or fried peanuts
Option: Add black sesame seeds
