Pork Bulgogi

Ingredients
1 lb pork, sliced
2 stalks green onion (about 2 tablespoon), chopped
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or minced)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grounded black pepper
Directions
1. Slice the pork and place in mixing bowl
2. Add chopped green onion, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil
3. Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to several hours
4. Add pork mixture to heated frying pan
5. Stir until pork is fully cooked (pork changed color), about 5 minutes
