Stir-Fry Watercress

Ingredients
1 bunch watercress (about 8 ounces), cut to 1 inch segments
1 clove garlic
Directions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan
2. Add garlic and sauté until garlic becomes light brown
3. Add watercress, stir fry for about 3 to 4 minutes
4. Add salt to taste
5. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate
