Quick Scallops

Ingredients
1/2 pound medium scallops
1 stalk scallion
1 large clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp cooking wine
Directions
- In an uncovered skillet, warm some cooking oil at high heat.
- Add garlic, wine and scallops. Stir fry for about one minute.
- Add salt, pepper, vinegar and scallions. Turn heat down to medium and stir fry for another minute.
- Turn off heat and serve.
Optional
Leave out the vinegar and scallions. Then add 3/4 tsp of lemon juice after frying is done.
