Ingredients

1/2 pound medium scallops
1 stalk scallion
1 large clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp cooking wine

Directions

  1. In an uncovered skillet, warm some cooking oil at high heat.
  2. Add garlic, wine and scallops. Stir fry for about one minute.
  3. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and scallions. Turn heat down to medium and stir fry for another minute.
  4. Turn off heat and serve.

Optional

Leave out the vinegar and scallions. Then add 3/4 tsp of lemon juice after frying is done.
