Ingredients

1 pound pork chops
1/4 cup yellow mustard
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Flour to coat porkchops
Breadcrumbs to coat porkchops

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix together lemon juice and mustard
3. Coat porkchops in flour, then coat them with the lemon juice and mustard mixture, then finally coat with breadcrumbs
4. Place porkchops on baking sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes until pork is fully cooked
