Quick Microwave Tilapia

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb tilapia
1 oz fresh ginger root (shredded)
2 stalks of green onion (shredded)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Rub sea salt both inside and outside of the fish.
2. Rinse with cold water and pat dry
3. Make two cuts on both side of the fish width-wise
4. Stuff inside of the fish with green onion and ginger. Put a few pieces on top and bottom of the fish.
5. Put the fish in a large plate, add 1 teaspoon of water on the plate and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes
6. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a small container, and pour over the cooked fish
