Stir-Fry Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients

1 lb baby bok choy
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons corn starch
6 dried shiitake mushroom (optional)

Directions

1. Soak mushroom in water for 3 plus hours, cut into pieces
2. In a sauce pan boil 6 cups of water, add bok choy in boiling water, boil for 2 minutes
3. Drain the bok choy
4. In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add garlic to heated oil. After garlic changes color, add bok choy and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt and oyster sauce
Optional: Arrange the bok choy on a plate.
Optional: Fry mushrooms in 1 tsp of oil, add ¼ cup water or chicken broth. Add 2 tsp of starch for thickening. Put the mushrooms in the center of the arranged bok choy or just pour them over the bok choy
