Simple Baked Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb thawed salmon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice cooking wine (or sherry)
3 large cloves garlic
1/8 cup olive oil
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients together and marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
3. Serve with a dash of lemon juice and/or a little pepper if desired.
